You pay the opening fee once, when the case is created. There is no monthly charge for keeping a case open, and none for keeping it after it closes: your files stay available for as long as you are with us. The volume discount covers your whole month: open your 21st case and every case you opened that month, including the first 20, drops to 5% off, no matter the category. Cross into the next tier and the same thing happens again.

One balance covers drafting, classification, and extraction across every case. Switch provider or model with your account team at any time. Credits are always priced at the provider's real cost plus the Stripe fee, we never mark up the AI itself.
These are list rates and can change over time. The rates that apply to your firm are set in your proposal and Platform Service Agreement, where volume, migrated caseloads, and custom requirements are priced.
